To access the trash bin and see all deleted documents and background reports, simply click on Settings and then on the Recycle Bin option.
You will have the option to permanently delete the documents or recover them to the Documents section. Deleted documents and backgrounds do not have a shelf life and will remain in the bin until you permanently delete them.
Important: the trash bin only be accessed by the account owner!
