Additional Credits: What are they for and how to use them?

Do you need an additional document or an extra layer of authentication for your document? Credits might be the solution!

Although our plans cover the main authentication features of the platform, some of them require credits in your account to be used (if they are not included in your plan).

This option allows you to access premium features on a one-off basis, without needing to upgrade to a higher plan. Each feature consumes a specific amount of credits, which we detail below:

  • Automatic document sending and reminders via WhatsApp – 5 credits per sending, equivalent to $0.1 USD
  • Sending a validation code to the signer via WhatsApp – 5 credits per sending, equivalent to $0.1 USD
  • Signer authentication method: Facial Recognition – 25 credits per signature, equivalent to $0.5 USD
  • Signer authentication method: Identity Validation – 55 credits per signature, equivalent to $1.1 USD
    Additional document for limited plans – 35 credits per document, equivalent to $0.7 USD

How to buy credits?

To purchase credits, you must have an active plan. Log in to your account and go to Settings → Plans and Pricing → Credits. Click on the “Contact Support” button, and the support team will send you a payment link to pay by credit card.
