It's possible to cancel any ZapSign plan whenever you want, through the website, and without any penalties.
Just log into your account and navigate to Settings → Plans and Pricing → My Plan, and click on "cancel subscription."
If you change your mind and want to reactivate your subscription, simply follow the same path and click on "Pay plan."
