By default, our platform always requests Signature on Screen for the signers. However, there are many other advanced authentication methods.
By using Code via e-mail method, your signer needs to complete their signature using a six-digit code that is sent to the their email. This method authenticates your document without the need for a handwritten signature.
To use it, simply activate the Advanced Authentication key and then choose the option “Code by email” in the authentication method:
Your signer will receive the document to sign and after reviewing it and clicking “Sign”, a screen like this will appear to inform that the authentication code has been sent to their e-mail.
After entering the code sent and clicking on "Finish", your document will already have authentication and legal validity guaranteed.
