What is it?
Facial Recognition is a biometric security tool used to verify whether the signer is indeed who they claim to be. To achieve this, we rely on an extremely robust database that compares the signer's selfie with their identification document to confirm their identity.

How to use it?
To activate the service, simply click on the "Advanced Authentication" button when uploading your document and select the "Facial Recognition" option:
Upon opening the signature link, the signer will be asked to photograph their identification document and then make a few head movements to allow the algorithm to capture different angles of their face. After the analysis, if everything is okay, the signer can proceed with the signature.
