By allowing the document to be declined, you give the signer the option not to proceed with the signature, as well as being able to submit the reason to you. Check it out!
1. After submitting a document for signature, in the "Send Document" step, enable the "allow the signer to decline the document" option.
2. Click "Finish".
When opening the document, your signer will be able to choose the "Decline subscription" button and will be asked to describe the reason for the denial.
The document and the reason for its rejection will be visible to you in the document details. Once declined, no one else will be able to sign it.
