Batch Signatures

Our platform provides users with a fundamental tool for the busy daily routines of business managers!

Imagine the following situation: you are the manager of a company and need to sign all payment orders in your department. The problem is that there are over 100 documents per day...

In this scenario, batch signing can help you! With it, you can sign all documents for which you are designated as a signer in just a few clicks.

Psst!

For now, Batch Signatures works only for documents that contain 'on-screen signature' as the only authentication method. We are working to enable batch signing for documents with other authentication methods as well!

To use it, it's quite simple:

  1. In the left menu of your account, click on Documents → My signatures. All documents for which your email has been added as a signer will be listed.

  2. Click on the "Batch Signature" button and select which documents you want to sign.

  3. At the bottom of the screen, fill in your name, phone number, and draw your signature on the screen. Complete the process by clicking the "Sign Documents in Batch" button.

Attention!

Batch Signing is an additional paid feature. If it's not included in your plan, go to Settings → Plans and Pricing → Plan. To check the terms of subscription contact us at support@zapsign.com.br.
