What is Bulk Signing?

The Bulk Signing feature in ZapSign allows users to sign multiple documents at once, streamlining the process and saving time. However, not all documents are eligible for this mode, as certain security measures need to be considered.

Eligible Documents for Bulk Signing

Documents can be signed in bulk when they use the following authentication methods:

• OTP via SMS
• OTP via WhatsApp
• OTP via email
• Selfie
• Identity document

Additionally, for documents to be eligible:

• The signer's name and phone number must match those registered in the user’s profile.
• Or, the document creator must enable the option for the signer to edit their name and phone number.

To sign in bulk, simply go to the "My Signatures" section, click on the "Sign in Bulk" button, and follow the steps to validate each authentication method.

Eligible and Non-Eligible Documents for Bulk Signing

In the "My Signatures" > "Bulk Signing" screen, you can see which documents are eligible for bulk signing and which need to be signed individually. Some documents require an extra level of security and therefore cannot be signed in bulk.

Non-Eligible Documents for Bulk Signing

Documents cannot be signed in bulk if they contain:

• Biometric authentication methods, such as: Facial recognition, Liveness, Identity validation.
• A name or phone number that does not match the information registered in Settings > My Profile > Personal Info. These details cannot be changed to ensure the security of the signature.
