Track and edit ZapSign documents directly from HubSpot. Increase your team's productivity by centralizing processes in a single tool.
Within HubSpot, access the specific deal for which you want to track the ZapSign document. In the right-hand sidebar, under the ZapSign section, you will find details such as the document title, number of signers, current status, creation date, and author. This information updates automatically in HubSpot when the document is signed.
To download the document, click on "Actions" > "Edit document". In the ZapSign window, select "Download document".
You can edit an ongoing document as follows:
- Edit or delete signers: Next to the signer's name, click on the icon 👤 to edit the information or authentication methods.
- Add signers: In the top right corner, click on the icon ⚙️ and choose "Add signer".
- Modify or add documents to the envelope: In the top right corner, click on the icon ⚙️ and select "Edit envelope". Here you can add documents and then click "Continue".
- Signature deadline: In the top right corner, click on the icon ⚙️ and select "Signature deadline" to set a new deadline.
